Email and WhatsApp
Your sites send emails from the start: order confirmations and receipts, booking confirmations and reminders, password resets, contact-form messages to you, newsletters. Without any setup they're sent through Chirai.
Use your own email address
To send from your own address (recommended — fewer emails land in spam), open Email and choose a provider:

Send yourself a test email from the same page. The What gets sent tab lists every email your sites send; Activity shows recent sends.
Newsletter
Visitors who subscribe are listed in Manage site. From the Overview you can write to all of them; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Your WhatsApp number (Manage site → Business details) appears on your site so customers can message you.
- For automatic order and return updates on WhatsApp, connect the WhatsApp Cloud API in Connections with an approved message template.
